I am really mad

I just plugged my camera into the computer to download all my pictures and it only downloaded a couple of them and then erased all of them. I think that I got all the video off but I only got 5 of the many pictures. I am so very mad right now. Technology - you can't live with it and you can't live without it.

So, swimming lessons are over. I had pictures of Jacob and Riley swimming but they are gone now. These are the only swimming pictures I got downloaded. They loved the lessons. Riley was really mad at me for signing him up for them the first couple of days. He said, "I did not ask to be signed up for this". So, I got him some goggles and he seemed to be fine after that. By the end of the 2 weeks he was going under the water and picking up toys on the bottom, jumping off the diving board and using the kick board to go all the way across the pool (long ways in a lap pool) and back. I had video of all that and it is gone too.
Jacob has always been my fish. I think he would live in the pool if I would let him. Lessons were really fun and I am so glad we did them.
Parker is now walking like a champ. That video is gone also. I will have to take some more video of him. He started last week. He is so funny because he can not keep his feet still. If we are all in the same room, he wants to be with us but he has to be walking. So he just walks back and forth, like he is pacing. Parker's first tooth finally came in. Jacob and Riley were so excited to see it but Parker does not want anyone looking in his mouth. Crazy kids.

Saturday we went riding. We had so much fun. Jacob was able to ride really well this time. Before when we went he couldn't ride very well because he did not have the balance and he would fall over a lot. Since we have been riding our bicycles ever day, Jacob's balance is soooo much better. He had so much fun that he said that he wants to do it every week. What fun!

Father's Day present

This turned out way cute. I gave the boys 2 papers so they could draw 4 pictures of things they like to do with Chris and then Parker got the last paper. Then I made the pocket folder so they could put their papers in it. I thought it looked really plain just like that, so I added the pictures all along it. I really like the way it turned out and Chris loved it. The boys did a great job on their pictures. Some of the things they drew: camping, bike riding, golfing, and swimming.

Update

We got our pool set up. The boys love it. They are in it everyday, a couple times a day. I love having the shade over it, but a couple of days ago some really bad wind came and ripped it out of the groung and busted a couple of the poles. So, we have to order some more and then we will only put it up durring the day and not leave it up. I hate the wind here. It is always windy. Oh, well. Parker had a lot of fun sitting in the pool as it was filling up. His favorite thing to do is take a bath. He always walks into the bathroom and stands at the bathtub saying "bath, bath!" It is really funny.

Jacob is done with T-ball. Hooray!!! One less thing that I have to worry about. This is a picture of Jacob and his best friend Tanner with their trophies. What fun!!!

Craziness!!!

My week has been really crazy and next week will be worse. I put Jacob and Riley in as many summer things as I could. Here we have a great summer program. You only have to pay $5 per kid and you can put them in as many things as you want to. Jacob is now old enough to do quite a few things. Riley can only do some, but it is still really fun. This week started with pirates on Monday, it is every Mon. until the end of July. Then we had clay day on Wednesdays, library on Thursday (for both Jacob and Riley), and karate on Fridays. Then for this week he had golf everyday, today was the last day. He had a lot of fun. Along with those things, next week starts wrestling everyday for the one week and Riley is able to do that and is very excited. They will also start swim lessons on Monday and that is every weekday for 2 weeks. Talk about warring you out. I don't know who will get worn out first. Probably me! Oh, and along with all of this fun stuff, the boys and I have been riding our bikes everyday. We got Jacob a new bike for his birthday and he is doing great without training wheels. So, since he got a bike and everyone else had a bike I was feeling very left out, so Chris got me a bike and a baby seat (for Parker)for my really early birthday present. I love it. It has been so nice outside here. But, today it is getting pretty hot.
Other things I am up to: My family decided to start a biggest looser challenge, so I am trying really hard to be good and work out everyday. So far so good, but it has only been 5 days. I know I can do it. I also started ready Twilight. My sister Stevie has been telling me I have to read it before the movie comes out. So, I finished the 4th Work and the Glory and started reading it. I like it. What I really like is that it is really easy reading. I just started it the other day and I am already more than half way, and I only have so much time in the day to read.
So, this is my crazy life right now.
Jacob and Riley love to put Parker in their bed with them and stack stuffed animals around him. Parker loves it too.

Not much of a baby anymore

My baby is growing up way too fast. Last week Parker decided that he doesn't want baby food any more. The problem with that is that he doesn't have any teeth yet. All of my kids got their teeth around a year old. So, he just gums everything. Also on Sunday he took his first 2 steps then yesterday he took 4 steps. He is going to be walking really soon. He just wants to be doing what his brothers are doing. When ever I can't find him he is in their bedroom playing with their toys instead of his own. He just does not want to be a baby. That makes me sad.
