Jacob turned 9 years old.
Parker let Cole try M&Ms. Needless to say, Cole really liked them.
We went to the Gila Valley Temple open house. I loved being able to take the boys into the Temple. It has been 2 months since the open house and the boys still talk about it. It is so amazingly beautiful. 
Jacob gave Riley a beautiful black eye. He hit him with a bat. He didn't break anything, but it sure looked good.
Baseball is over.
Cole got his first haircut. He was so good, just sat there and let Chris cut it.

This is Jacob at the science fair. His project was shaking cream to make butter. He had to see if cold cream or room temperature cream make butter faster. He found out that the cold cream made butter a lot faster. This was a tough project. It is not easy shaking cream for 17 minutes. It was a great arm workout. Jacob won 1st place at the science fair. His prize was $100. He was super excited.
This is Jacob with a tool box that him and Chris made for one of his scout projects. He did a great job and they seemed to have had a great time doing it.

Two thumbs up. They must have had fun. Jacob got 8th in his age group (a big group) and Riley took 2nd in his age group. Great job boys!
I decided that I could try this race thing out. This was my first race and I had so much fun. They started a women's beginner group, which rides with some of the older kids. There was no way I would be able to do the adult course. I took 2nd in my group (out of 3, haha). I think I did pretty good for my first time. Check out my air in the picture!
I also had the best fans ever! We love having Saundra and Michael come and visit us. Thanks guys for coming and cheering us on.
These are our way cool jerseys that have our last name on the back. 
Chris had the toughest course. He got to ride in a big mud pit. He was covered from head to toe in mud. He did great! He took 1st in his group. Way to go! It took him over 3 hours to wash all the mud off, him and his bike, and I don't think he got it all. Oh, the things you have to do to have fun.
